The BeatStep Pro bundle with the Rock2d2 stand is a practical combo. The controller itself is excellent: 64 steps, three tracks, and CV connectivity make it a versatile brain for my hardware. The noise gating is a nice touch for cleaning up signals. The dual stand keeps it at a comfortable angle, though it takes up more desk space than I'd like. At $258, it's a solid value for the extra utility. One caveat: the stand is basic plastic, but it does the job. If you already have a stand, you might skip the bundle, but for newcomers it's handy.
